 EYONEDIP project is implemented over 24 months, following a structured and progressive timeline that links capacity building, youth empowerment, policy dialogue, and sustainability.

Months 1–3

Project Setup & Preparation

  • Work planning and coordination M1

Youth Innovation Labs

Capacity Building

  • Multilingual Website and Dissemination dashboard M4

  • Micro-Pilots in Armenia and Georgia M5

Cross-Border Bootcamp

  • International Bootcamp in Spain M13

  • Mentorship & Employability Portfolios

  • Transnational meeting in Spain M16

  • Development and pitching of digital and social innovation prototypes

Months 20–24

  • Final Policy Recommendations and Implementation Guide
