GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Empower local youth organisations in Armenia and Georgia to address critical digital inclusion and peace-building gaps, ensuring higher employability, enhanced cross-border collaboration, and
tangible policy engagement by the end of the 24-month project.

WORK PACKAGES
WP1
Project Management and Quality Assurance
Coordinate governance, quality assurance, risk management, and the unified Meetings Package (Kickoff, M8 Georgia, M16 Spain, Final M24 Germany). An external evaluator reviews progress midterm and at the end.
WP4
Youth Participation & Policy Dialogue
Youth Advisory Council meets monthly and presents solutions at policy roundtables in Armenia and Georgia. The WP closes with Final Policy Recommendations & Implementation Guide.
WP2
Organisational Capacity & Training of Trainers
Two 5-day TOT cycles (Armenia and Georgia) with micropilots in both countries. Trainers learn inclusive digital facilitation and basic conflict trainsformation methods and receive Youthpass certificates. Outputs include a multilingual capacity building manual.
WP5
Sustainability, Impact & Dissemination
Brand, trilingual website, and a data‑light dissemination dashboard. Four national dissemination events and a Final Conference in Germany. Memoranda of Understanding to sustain results beyond the grant.
WP3
Youth Empowerment & Local Initiatives
Innovation labs in Armenia and Georgia culminate in a 6-day Cross-border Bootcamp in Spain. Youth teams co-create digital peace prototypes and compile employability portfolio, mentors support them post Bootcamp.
